I saw this style of photography on an FB Saree Group and had wanted to recreate it for a while. Finally at Sankranthi when my mom was performing her pooja (= worship) and her rituals, I set her pallu in this style to capture it's Benaras Brocade work. It was Christmas time when we went to Malaysia this past year. At one of the Christmas Tree at the Genting Skywolds Theme Park, there was these huge ornaments that was a perfect platform to reflect us all in it.
